Madam Tagoe, who  was speaking at the graduation ceremony of the Kaneshie Awudome ‘3’ Junior High School (JHS), said JHS graduates who are currently awaiting their results could plan well for their future if parents assisted them to prepare for the next level of their academic lives.

The Guest Speaker for the occasion, Mr Emmanuel Korkwei Clottey, an old student of the school and currently the Chairman of the Finance and Administration cub-Committee of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA), admonished students to study hard to attain academic excellence.

The Headmistress of the school, Mrs Agnes Rose Dinsey, said the success of its students was the major concern of the school and that explained why the authorities had laid a solid foundation for them to achieve their career goals in future.

She said the vision of the school was not only to assist students to excel academically but also train them to become useful citizens in future.

She advised the graduates to engage in fruitful activities, such as reading story books and any educational material that would help them improve on their academic work while they waited for their results.

The Spokesperson for the old students of the school, Mr Maxwell Amofa Takyi, promised to help equip the school’s Science Laboratory and ICT Centre, as well as build a modern sick bay for the school.

In all, 120 students graduated from the school.
