Nigeria police hunt Togolese cook for murder
The Police in Lagos have declared the Togolese cook that allegedly murdered his boss, Chairman of Credit Switch Technology, Chief Ope Badamosi, in his apartment on Onikoyi lane, Parkview estate in Ikoyi area of Lagos, Wednesday, wanted.
The fleeing cook, whose age is put between 25 and 30 years, was identified only as Sunday.

As at yesterday, Vanguard reliably gathered that detectives at the Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCIID, were on the trail of the agent that brought the suspect to the deceased home, three days before he committed the dastardly act.
Vanguard gathered also that there was a hitch in investigation over non availability of detailed information on the suspect, as he was said not to have been profiled.
Until his death, late Badamosi was the Chairman of Ondo Development Committee (ODC) and the Lotin of Ondo Kingdom.
The circumstance that led to the murder of late Badamosi by Sunday is yet to be unraveled as family members said there was no friction between him, his widow and the cook.
Rather, he was said to still be under probation, until the unexpected happened.
As at yesterday, Vanguard learned that landlords in the area who had foreigners as domestic workers, requested them to get Nigerian guarantors. Some of them were said to have taken their employees to the Police station for profiling which included finger printing, personal details about them and their photographs.
Meanwhile the two suspects arrested over the incident have denied culpability. One of them is the gateman to the deceased and the other his guarantor.
During interrogation, the gateman said to have also been newly employed, explained that he fled after the widow raised the alarm on discovering her husband in a pool of his blood on arrival Wednesday, for fear of being arrested.
He further stated that he went straight to report the matter to the agent that brought him to the family, only for the latter to advise him not to run away as such action could raise suspicion and would also indict him (agent).
He said he agreed to return to the house accompanied by the agent, only to be arrested.
When contacted on the update of the investigation, spokesman for the Lagos State Police Command, Chike Oti, said investigators were still working on the case.
