Daboase-based Skyy FC has been declared winners in their match day four fixture against Sekondi Hasaacas which ended abruptly at the Daboase Park last sunday.

The GFA Disciplinary Committee (DC), chaired by the Vice Chairman, Mr Osei Kwadwo, last Thursday upheld a protest filed against Hasaacas for abandoning the match late in the dying minutes.

Reports indicated that players of Hasaacas walked off the field when the referee awarded a penalty to the homesters in injury time when the scoreline was 1-1.

In its ruling signed by Mr Osei Kwadwo and delivered to both clubs, the DC took the following decisions:

* Protest upheld: Hasaacas FC is declared the offending team and considered as having lost the match and accordingly 3 points and 3 goals is awarded in favour of Skyy FC.

* The Team Manager of Hasaacas, Kwasi Hammed Williams is banned for two matches and fined GHC2,000.

* The Head Coach of Hasaacas, Joseph Agyemang, is banned for two matches and fined GHC2,000.

The committee, however, added that the reasoning of the decision will be communicated later, as well as the fine to be paid by Hasaacas later.
