Accra Hearts of Oak are scheduled to move to their new training site at Pobiman next month after completing work on the pitch.

Sources close to the club told Graphic Sportsonline that the club is expected to start training on the new pitch on the first week of August, after the

Phobians had adopted the Ajax park at Legon as their training grounds for sometime now.

When Hearts’ project at Pobiman is completed, it would be equipped with modern facilities that will help keep the team in good shape.

According to sources close to the club, it would be the envy of most clubs in the local Premier League.

Hearts are due to take delivery of some new equipment from Turkey to be installed at the pitch.

“Hearts will start training at their own park from the first week of August. We should be able to complete the structures by November. It would be an envy of the other clubs, the source stated.

It added that: “the fittings are ready and will be brought to Accra from Turkey by Turkish builders for installation”, the source noted.
