Accra Hearts of Oak has assured its teeming followers that Coach Kim Grant would remain the manager of the side despite speculations that he was unhappy with the departure of CEO, Mark Noonan.
The club has, thus, urge followers to disregard the malicious media reports suggesting the coach was on his way out because it was only targeted at causing disunity in the club.
According to a statement signed by the communications manager of the club, Kwame Opare Addo, the coach was currently on a short vacation at Czech Republic and would soon return to continue as head of the technical team.
“The reports have suggested that Kim Grant is unhappy with the departure of Mark Noonan and has thus vowed to follow suit, but management hereby states emphatically that all such reports are false and have been deliberately concocted by a section of the media to cause disunity. They only serve the selfish interest of those spreading the falsehood”, the statement said.
Addo emphasised that the coach was happy with the club and still committed to pursuing their dreams and added that both the coach and the CEO had had some fruitful discussions on how to bring success of the club.
“We wish to remind our followers that Kim Grant is committed to the Hearts project and delighted and ready to work with the new CEO, Frederick More whom he has already had productive discussions with to bring success to the club”
