Aguero enjoyed a stunning month for City - scoring two hat-tricks as Pep Guardiola's side leapfrogged Liverpool to move top of the table.
During his four games in February, the Argentina international scored seven goals - with his two trebles coming against Arsenal and Chelsea.
The 30-year-old saw off competition from Ashley Barnes (Burnley), Sean Longstaff (Newcastle), Sadio Mane and Virgil van Dijk (both Liverpool), Paul Pogba and Luke Shaw (both Manchester United) and Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace).
Votes from the public on the EA SPORTS website were combined with those of the 20 club captains and a panel of football experts to decide the winner.
It is the sixth time that Aguero has won the award, but the first this season for City's record goalscorer. He is now tied with Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard and Tottenham star Harry Kane for the most monthly wins.
