Features
The ancient community of Moworey lies about three kilometres to the right on the Accra-Cape Coast road just after the tollbooth near Cape Coast.
Moworey, like most communities in the Central Region, has an European name, “Moree”, by which it is popularly referred to by outsiders.
Located in the Abura Asebu-Kwamankese District of the Cenral Region, Moworey, has for a long time claimed custodianship of the fishing trade in Ghana.
