Imminent collapse of SIC Savings and Loans Limited

We represent a group of credit union members with affiliation to the Credit Union Association of Ghana.

We collected money from many vulnerable people in our various communities and invested in SIC Savings and Loans Limited in 2019.

However, retrieving the money to pay our clients has become impossible and the community is seething, accusing the board members of embezzling their hard earned money.

We have therefore written to the Majority Leader to intercede on our behalf to make the government direct SIC Savings and Loans Limited to pay us our money to avoid reprisal from the public.

We believe the publication of this open letter in the Daily Graphic will add some level of urgency to our concerns. Again, the general public may see the transparency in our efforts to retrieving their locked up money from the government to them.

We are counting on your help because our (board members) lives are in danger in our community.
