We both fell in love and got married - Captain Planet to critics
Captain Planet, a rapper and member of music group, 4x4, says he married his wife not because of her perceived wealth as a section of the public thinks.

The rapper’s marriage has been a subject of discussion on social media ever since he married his wife, Uche Ofodile, some nine years ago.
Counsellor Lutterodt, for instance, is quoted of having said that Captain Planet—real name, Sylvanus Dodji Jeoffrey, has married his big sister.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM on Monday, November 12, this year, the hip pop artist explained that his wife sometimes shares with him some of the things people say about their marriage.
He said his wife had once advised him to be careful about some people because they are jealous of him, saying “A lot of people are very jealous of you. Some of them are not your friends.”
Narrating how he met his wife, Captain Planet said his dead dog connected them together, explaining that “Anytime I go to Uche’s house and I’m going home, the dog will be following me everywhere..., it got to a time that the dog was living with me anything Uche travels. She will say go and be with Jeff.”
According to him, no one pays bride prize to be with his enemy, stating that they both fell in love and got married.
Captain Planet also gave a hint about 4x4’s comeback.
