Kokui Selormey headlines Aseda Concert

CITI TV/ FM presenter and renowned opera singer, Kokui Selormey Hanson, will be the star of the historic Aseda Concert, a musical event celebrating 40th anniversary of the Canonical Orthodox Church in Ghana.

The event, happening on September 18, 2022, at the Holy Transfiguration Orthodox Cathedral in Accra, will also mark the 40th anniversary of ordination of the Head Priest of the Canonical Orthodox Church, Very Reverend Fr Joseph Kwame Labi.

The headliner, Kokui Selorm has promised patrons a thrilling and uplifting performance for the day and expressed her eagerness to mount the stage.

In an interview with Graphic Showbiz, she stated that she could not wait for the day and preparations for the musical event were afoot.

Kokui Selormey noted it will be an exciting encounter and she was looking forward to sharing all the bliss and fun with everyone.

“Patrons can look forward to a delightful evening of music and I am looking forward to joining Holy Transfiguration Orthodox Cathedral and African Glorious Chorale to celebrate 40 years of orthodoxy in Ghana.”

The opera singer will be performing alongside the African Glorious Chorale as they render classical and choral songs.
