All the glitz when Ramzy and Wendy tied the knot

When one of Ghana's finest male vocalists and rising gospel icon Ramzy Amui got married to Wendy Donkor of DecorTalk last weekend, love was truly in the air.

The star-studded event which took place at the Tesano Baptist Church with a reception at Labadi Beach Hotel was more than colorful.

This was a strictly by invitation only reception and no uninvited guests were expected and in the end it was an assembly of friends, family and colleagues who shared freely in the moment of love.

The event was coordinated by Debra Jane of Thinkmahogany and Styled by Wendy herself (DecorTalk), and it saw most of Ghana's finest event vendors in attendance including Steven Adusei for Photography, Tridetail, DJ Kaylex, Fairy Queen, Sugar & Spice, and Randa Cakes.

Celebrity MC Kafui Dey was at the helm of Affairs and treated guests with a humour filled professional presentation.

Kafui Dey 'lit the floor' of the event as he welcomed Ramzy and Wendy twice to the dance floor to dance the night away amidst cheers from the guests.

Their triumphant entry with Shatta Wale's remix song 'shame the devil' got guests getting off their chairs to catch a glimpse of the couple and take personal photos.

The couple took turns to dance with their parents and family members.

The night also saw Wendy throwing her lovely bouquet to prospective single ladies who scrambled to catch it. Per tradition, it is thought that whoever gets to catch the bouquet, gets to marry next.

She also presented a 2nd bouquet to her younger sister to signify her love for her and wish her well.

Wendy was surprised by her team of past students from Event Masterclass led by Debra Jane of Thinkmahogany as they put up an electrifying performance with the song "Akwaaba".

More surprising among the guests was the presence of the father of dance hall king Shatta Wale who joined the couple to dance when he was invited to do so by Kafui Dey.
Husband and wife were both grateful to all as they paid glowing tributes to friends and family members who were supportive. They asked all to remember them in prayers as they embark on this new journey.
