Accra City Hotel / Graphic Showbiz Weekend of Love starts today
Love is in the air and as part of its commitment to give customers the best treat for the season, Accra City Hotel is hosting the Weekend of Love today at 5 p.m.
The event, which comes off in grand style, is a continuation of the celebration of Valentine’s Day, which fell on Tuesday, February 14, a day considered to be the best time of the month to share and experience love.

Weekend of Love, which is in partnership with Graphic Showbiz will see songstress Cina Soul, a guest act bring her amazing voice to bear on the event.
She earned good reviews on Akwaboah’s Obiaa last year and the 2019 VGMA Best Video of the Year winner continues to win the hearts of music enthusiasts.
It is certain that with her love-themed songs such as Feelings, featuring KiDi, Killi Me and Ojorley, Cina Soul is going to be the toast of revellers at the event.
In addition to Cina Soul, other singers publicised for tonight’s show are Rino The Singer and Charisma.
That won’t be all, comedian Lekzy Decomic will also be on hand to liven up the atmosphere with comic tales on love while Relationship Coach Abena Manokekame treats patrons to some sweet love talks.
Preparations
In an interview with the Daily Graphic, the Business Development Manager of Accra City Hotel, Selasi Adjoa Kusorgbor, said the evening would kick off with music performances and a special banquet.
“We are looking at people coming in from 6p.m, taking pictures, getting all comfortable for a great night ahead. We are working with Graphic Showbiz so it is going to be everything entertainment and lovey-dovey.
“The evening will start with live band music with Cina Soul as a guest act. Then we are going to have a banquet in the form of a buffet with a large variety of food from starters, main dishes and desserts; there will be lots to drink from wines, beers, cocktails, fruit juices to soft drinks.
“There will be lots of chocolates for patrons. Besides, what is love without chocolates? There will be love talks and comedy acts. I can assure patrons that everything about the evening is going to be centred on love so even if you come alone, you will feel loved”, she stated.
For her part, the Editor of Graphic Showbiz, Adwoa Serwaa Bonsu, expressed her excitement about the Weekend of Love event.

Price packages
According to Ms Kusorgbor, the placewould be set up nicely and be made all cozy. “Patrons can enjoy to the max. We have packages for all pockets. For those who want to have a meal, dance and go back home, it will cost GH¢650 for singles and GH¢1,200 for couples”.
“There are packages for those who want to sleep over. We have a one-night package going for GH¢2,800, which includes access to the banquet with your partner and one-night stay with us plus breakfast. We also have a two-night package that is from today, Friday night through to Saturday nights which goes for GH¢4,000, which includes access to the special banquet and breakfast,” she said.
