Jandel ‘Love Ball’ goes well

The music flowed and flowed all night long and the guests, most of them sporting shades of red clothing, danced their hearts away at the Jandel Love Ball which came off on Valentine’s Day at the Event Haven, Trade Fair Centre at La in Accra.

Musicians including Paapa Yankson, Okyeame Kwame, Kweku Gyasi and Nii Okai rolled up their sleeves to render the appropriate repertoire which helped everyone enjoy the evening to the maximum.

Apart from music, there was good food, a lot of drinks and humour as some medical doctors took to the runway to model clothes.

After all, the event was being held in support of the work of the Ghana Society of Hypertension and Cardiology and the doctors present felt they had to be more visible than just staying in the shadows to enjoy the amiable atmosphere.

The Love Ball, according to Afi Amoro of Jandel Ltd, was the first of activities her outfit had planned for this year. She said several more events, all in support of worthy causes, would be rolled out in the cause of the year.

The Jandel boss said she was impressed with how the Love Ball went and looked forward to successful staging of other programmes such as the  Jandel Comedy Splash and Jandel Family Fun Day as well as events to celebrate  mothers and fathers.
