Is EL best rapper in GH?

Rapper, EL’s latest single, Boorle, which literally means ‘you know’ in Ga has started generating controversy on social media since it was released last Saturday.

This is because E.L claim the bragging right that he is the best in Ghana and no artiste can match him when it comes to rap on Boorle which is a Hiphop song.  E.L talks about how he is projecting the image of Ghana on the international scene through his music.

In order to get the message across to his fans that he is the best rapper, E.L takes his time to rap in all the three verses of the song. He doesn’t fail to point out that no matter the contrary view anyone may have, he is the best African rapper. 

The artiste who is known for songs Auntie Martha, Kaalu, One Ghana, Ayaaya among others told Showbiz last Monday that although other Ghanaian rappers are doing well, none of them comes close in terms of rap skills.

“I don’t want to blow my horn but I do mature music and my rap is always on point. I just returned from Austin where I was invited to talk about Hip Hop music in Africa.

According to EL, his latest work, a 16 – track mix tape will be ready next week. The mix tape features musicians such as C-Real, Gemini and M.anifest.
