Raquel warms up for Christmas

To heighten the expectations of patrons, she released some beautiful pictures as a way of announcing her comeback.

“This will be a Christmas gift to my fans so they should anticipate the best from me. I just want to keep everyone in suspense so will keep the titles for now,” she said in an interview with Showbiz on Monday.

Raquel has had a “bitter sweet” career since her hit Sweetie shot her to fame in 2011. But the BlackStar SR Entertainment artiste hasn’t allowed the challenges to weigh her down.

Though she hasn’t been very active on the music scene lately, her Rapid Cupid on Valentine’s Day and Black, Bold and Beautiful shows have been regular features each year to draw her to her fans.

In May this year, she held the I Slay concert which once again proved she is one of the vocal powers houses in the industry; one that ardent music lovers hope to feel on her upcoming songs which will feature EL.

Last year, she dropped Happy Birthday and Lakabo which didn’t get much prominence just as this year’s I Slay which featured Medikal.

However, the Lovi Dovi singer is very positive her yet-to-be released songs will make waves.
