Nii Kpapko Thompson hosts 'Tonight'

Tonight, which premiered last Friday at 9pm on Viasat 1, brings to viewers quality entertainment content with a blend of comedic sketches or skits, trending ‘light’ news and satires. The show also has segments such as fun games and interviews with notable figures and prominent personalities as well as performances by some entertainers.

The host, Nii Kpakpo Thompson, who has been off the screen for some time now, brings on board a balance humour with insightful and mature discussions as he adopts a casual, conversational approach with extensive interaction with guests.

Guests on the show who will come from diverse professional backgrounds such as politics, arts and entertainment, the sports fraternity as well as from the corporate arena will also take part in funny skits and games.

The maiden edition of the show had actress Joselyn Dumas sharing some insightful stories of her early days with Nii Kpakpo back at Morning Star School. Controversial Afro pop musician Wanlov Da Kubolor, another old school mate of Nii Kpakpo at Adisadel College, made an appearance on the show with his celebrity sister, Deborah Vanessa. 

They shared childhood memories and some of the projects they were undertaking as artistes, among many other things.
