Neskael fashion show on October 1

The annual event has been promoting made-in-Ghana-goods and the African culture through fashion. 

Speaking at the press launch last Friday, Louanges Mang, managing director of Neskael (Gh) Ltd,  said this year’s event is on the theme, “Promoting the regular usage of African wear in the corporate world to enhance the nation’s economy,”.

He said the portrayal of African culture through fashion will not only project the creativity of Africans but will also provide business opportunities to many young people.

“ Globally, the fashion industry is booming and Ghana hasn’t been left out of its benefits following the introduction of African Wear.

“This event supports creative ideas, education, solicit skills for advancement and development in tourism and also engage with fashion stakeholders on the way to move the industry forward,” he stated.

He expressed his appreciation to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts for the support since the Neskael Corporate Fashion Show was first held in 2014.

Some of the designers billed to showcase their works on October 1 are Nallem Clothing, Jully’s Klassic Designs, Bath Sante, Sarfora, Anyass Collation, Bushai Collection, Elikem the Tailor, Selina Beb, King Dove Designs among others.
