Let’s tweet Stonebwoy to victory

In order to receive the MTV Europe Music Awards nomination, fans of the Dancehall artiste would have to tweet and vote for the fifth nominee for the Best African Act category.

Fans can tweet and vote for Stonebwoy to earn the last slot by using the hashtag #MTVEMA and the artiste’s hashtag: Stonebwoy – #NominateStonebwoy

Voting for the fifth act is open until Monday, September 14 at 23:59 CAT.

In an interview with Carl Gidiglo, manager of Stonebwoy, he expressed the gratitude of Stonebwoy and his team for the support shown them by Ghanaians throughout the year and especially for their backing in helping him win the BET Award for Best African Act.

“I urge all Ghanaians to show love for Stonebwoy as they have always done by going on social media and tweeting and retweeting as many times as they can. Stonebwoy is the only Ghanaian who is up for nomination and we have to do everything possible to support our own,” he said.

The 2015 edition of the MTV EMA will be held at the Mediolanum Forum, Milan, Italy on October 25, 2015.
