Quantum Shift helps businesses unlock potential

Ghana’s deepening economy is coming along with specialised services and products, as is the case in most developed economies.

From the development of special applications for tablets and smartphones, the educational system and human capacity building companies are also entering the country to add their bit to make the economy ready to host the eminent growth and dynamic changes.

One such company is Quantum Shift Coaching Solutions, which is representing the world renowned author, speaker and career coach, Mr Brian Tracy.

The company is a business coaching and employee training firm that specialises in professional training, employee assessments, leadership development and strategic planning, as well as complete business coaching.

The Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Shift, Mr Boss Mohammed Issa, a business coach, said the company’s mission was to help companies realign their corporate culture with their highest purpose “through a quantum shift in thinking”.

He said the outfit worked within every company to develop a sense of responsibility, give meaning to every action and inspire all within the company, contributing to the super efficiency and health of the whole organisation.

Mr Tracy is a firm believer in what he calls “hard thinking” which he said “is the most valuable thing one does”.

“It has more consequences on one’s life. You become what you think about most of the time because your thoughts control your whole being,” Mr Tracy told a packed room of business leaders, young entrepreneurs and senior corporate managers at the Movenpic Ambassador Hotel in Accra recently.

Quantum Shift operates a franchise of Focal Point, owned by Brian Tracy, and the local company provides coaching concepts and strategies to transform and develop businesses and personal lives through long-term, one-on-one coaching, which it considers the most effective method to affect lasting business improvement and skill development.

Mr Issa, who is also the owner of KimoHome, told the Daily Graphic that he achieved success of transforming KimoHome from a small retail shop into a multi-million company with over 100 employees and five outlets in Ghana by applying the business coaching methods he learned over the past five years.
