Pan-African Savings marks Customer Service Week with free medical screening

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Pan-African Savings and Loans Limited  joined the world to celebrate Customer Service Week by organising free medical screening for existing and potential customers in selected branches in the country.

The medical screening is an annual event on the calendar of the company and was held at Spintex, Kasoa, Nsawam, AshTown and Abuakwa.

The screening included eye test, blood pressure, sugar level and malaria prevalence.

The Head, Corporate Affairs, Research and Customer Experience of the company, Ms Linda Naykene, said the CSR was aimed at strengthening relationships with customers in the local communities/ markets in which they operated.

“Pan-African is extending its appreciation to its loyal customers and pledging commitment to continue to provide them with excellent service currently and in the future,” she explained.

Ms Naykene said for the past decade, her outfit has been providing quality service through its tailor-made solutions, including access to loans and various saving products.

“As part of the move towards digitisation, Pan-African provides 24/7 service through the use of debit cards on all Ecobank ATMs and an innovative “Quick” mobile financial services platform that allows customers to withdraw, deposit and transfer money to and from their bank accounts with Pan-African.

Customers can also top up their phone credits with this service.
