Osafo Maafo tours Ibrahim Mahama's Dzata Cement plant (VIDEO)

The Senior Presidential Advisor, Mr Yaw Osafo Maafo has paid a working visit to the plant of Dzata Cement Limited in Tema.

The visit was to enable him have first hand information on the cement producing plant, located on a 10-acre land near the Tema Port.

The technology deployed for producing the cement is from Germany and was developed by Haver and Boecker.

The cement grade being produced by the plant is ordinary Portland cement, which is imported for the plant and then bagged.

The plant has the capacity to produce an average of 120 bags per minute from the two production lines.

Mr Osafo Maafo was welcomed at the plant by the Chief Executive Officer of Engineers and Planners Company Limited, Mr Ibrahim Mahama and was conducted round the facility in Tema on Wednesday, May 5, 2021.
