Niche Confectionery launches bite-size chocolates
Niche Confectionery Ltd has added bite-size pieces of chocolate - the Niche Chocolate Bites - to its range of products on sale in the market.
The Niche Chocolate Bites are available in all the 12 varieties of the Niche Chocolate currently on sale nationwide.

It comprises extra dark (72 per cent cocoa), dark (56 per cent cocoa), milk (38 per cent cocoa) and nine milk chocolate flavours.The flavours are coconut, ginger, orange, strawberry, banana, mango, lime, honey and coffee.
Niche Confectionery is a subsidiary of Niche Cocoa Ltd.
Consumer response
The Managing Director of Niche Cocoa Industry Ltd, Mr Edmund Poku, said the company launched the products in response to consumers' request for smaller pieces.
He said the new variety of Niche chocolates were also more affordable and, therefore, more accessible to all Ghanaians.
"The smaller sizes will also boost a culture of gift giving and promote brand awareness as bites are given as hotel snacks and included in airline meals," Mr Poku added.

Mr Poku explained that each of the 12 Niche varieties were sold in five-bite packs, totalling 62.5 grams and priced at GH¢6.
"Also available are two types of 24-bite packs. One is variety pack with all nine milk chocolate flavours and the
second pack contains Dark 56 per cent cocoa bites for serious dark chocolate lovers," the MD added.
On the packaging, he said the quality and design of the Niche packaging continued to reflect the company's premium position and was defined by strong national pride and heritage.
"The tag line,Taste of Ghana, is a testament to the 100 per cent premium Ghana cocoa used in all Niche products.
"The gold logo and design on each pack reflect Ghana's tradition of gold and royalty while the Adinkra symbol evokes Ghana's strong local culture and heritage," Mr Poku added.
Flavours
Mr Poku said the Niche Chocolate Bites were available in many flavours and sizes.
He said the company now provided indigenous Ghanaian products of world-class quality that were accessible to all Ghanaians.
"Niche Confectionery Ltd will continue this vision with the introduction of chocolate spreads and drinks by the end of 2019," he added.
