GLO Ghana, the country’s fifth biggest telecom company in the country, has introduced a new package christened “Glo BiiiiiG 5” on its network in a bid to attract more customers to its network.

The move is also intended to ensure that existing customers on the network get more value for using its services.

The bonus package has a validity period of between seven and 25 days after which it expires.

Addressing the media at the launch of the package, the Head of Commercial at the Glo Ghana office, Mr Augustine Mamuro, described the new package as “an innovative tariff plan on which Glo customers instantly receive five times usage credit for the value of every respective recharge made.”

With the credit, he said, the customer is permitted to call any network, send SMSs and also browse the internet.

He added that the bonus credit could not be used to make international calls. However, whatever the customer spent could be used for the international calls.
