GLICO wins big at Ghana Finance Innovations Awards

GLICO, a major insurance service provider has won five awards at the recently held Ghana Finance Innovations Awards.

The award categories won were: Pensions CEO of the Year; Finance Team of the Year; Innovative Insurance Company of Year and a special lifetime achievement recognition award to the Chief Finance Officer for GLICO LIFE, Mr Victor Owusu Boakye, for his outstanding contributions to the business.

The Ghana Finance Innovations Awards is an annual awards that is currently in its fourth year.

The award recognises the achievements of finance organisations, senior finance officers and the accomplishments of finance teams towards the growth and sustainability of their organisations and to the financial industry as a whole.

The Executive Chairman of the GLICO Group, Mr Kwame Achampong-Kyei, thanked staff and management for their commitment and dedication to building a formidable company.
