GLICO picks two awards

The GLICO Group has received platinum and gold awards for its contributions to the development of the Ashanti Region at the recently held Ashanti Financial Services Excellence Awards.
The platinum award went to GLICO Life with the gold award going to GLICO General, a general insurance company and member of the GLICO Group.

The Ashanti Financial Services Excellence Awards event is an annual initiative aimed at rewarding and recognising the performance of financial institutions and their contribution to the development of the region.

This year’s event was the 10th in a row where various companies in the insurance, banking and micro finance sector were rewarded for their performance in 2012.

GLICO first established a branch office in Kumasi in the 1990s to offer life insurance solutions to the people in the region and its environs.
