MTN wins Gold Employer of the Year Award

MTN Ghana has been awarded the Gold Employer of the Year award at the 2018 ‘Investors in People’ Awards.


 
For winning the award, the telecommunications company, which was the only African company represented in the top three awards and also in its category, has been named as a leader in people management practice globally.

The awards celebrate the best people management practices among ‘Investors in People’ accredited businesses.

‘Investors in People’ is one of the world’s leading people management standards, and is a business improvement tool designed to help organisations develop performance through their people.
 
This year’s winners were announced at a spectacular awards ceremony and dinner at The Roundhouse, Camden, London UK, on November 28, 2018.
