Stanbic Bank launches promotion for 2019 AFCON, move to promote cashless transactions
Some customers of Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited will have the opportunity to win tickets to watch some matches in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) with their partners in a new promotion by the bank.
Dubbed “Visa Swipe to AFCON Campaign”, the promotion, which will run from now till June when the AFCON kicks off, is to help promote cashless transactions as customers will be expected to use their Stanbic Visa and credit cards at least 14 times in a month to stand a chance of winning.
The Executive Head of Personal and Business Banking at Stanbic Bank Ghana, Nana Benneh, said the campaign was a demonstration of the bank’s strong connection to the African continent.
He noted that over the years, the bank had come up with products tailored for the Ghanaian market, adding that the Stanbic Visa card would usher customers into a new level of experience in digital banking.
“This is one of the demonstrations of Stanbic Bank when we say Africa is our home.
We are really pleased to be associated with this and with our partners Visa.
We have always brought you products and services to meet the various needs in Ghana and beyond.
