Business Investment Services (BIS), a one-stop shop training and consultancy service institution, has been launched to offer tailor-made solutions to businesses in the corporate world.
BIS, which is the vision of the Executive Vice Chairman of Vanguard Assurance, Dr Gideon Amenyedor, has the collaboration of stalwarts in business like the Executive Director of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Mr Kwabena Agyekum.
At the media and advertisement launch of BIS, which has been in operation for some time, Mr Agyekum was upbeat about the potential of the services on offer at the institution for businesses and corporate organisations.
He said most of the resource persons at BIS, like him, were people with hands-on experience, which was shared during the training programmes with participants.
He said participants in training at BIS would benefit from a classic hands-on, knowledge-based tutelage for their own good and that of their companies.
Dr Amenyedor said apart from training, BIS offered services in research and investment in various market instruments to businesses and corporate organisations.
He said some corporate organisations sometimes had a windfall and their services could assist in the best investment instruments for them.
He said research to solve challenges of a business was also provided at BIS, so that organisations could constantly innovate for their own development and for the development of their clients.
Dr Amenyedor stressed that BIS had a strong focus on godly training, as that was the foundation for success.
To maximise the training opportunities and make sessions more interactive, he said each training class size was not more than eight people.
BIS offers training in investment, market instruments, investment in stocks, strategic planning, marketing, customer service and performance culture.
It offers consultancy services in research, market plan and strategic plan.
