Sapholda Hockey League: Exchequers thrash Reformers 7-0
Exchequers served a warning to their Sapholda Hockey League men's division rivals on Saturday by battering Reformers 7-0 at the Theodosia Okoh Stadium.

A brace by national star Elikem Akaba set Exchequers on their way to a comfortable victory before his teammates Daniel Bempah, Sylvester Aporti, Emmanuel Ankomah, Samuel Mensah and Elorm Akaba scored.
The win was the most comprehensive scoreline of the second round of the Sapholda Hockey League which pushed off on Saturday after a two-week break.
It did little to improve their fortunes on the league table as the two teams above them second-placed Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and leaders Trustees also won their games.
Trustees maintained their one-point lead of the division with a comfortable 3-1 victory over Legon Knights courtesy a brace by Francis Tetteh Lartey and another by Samuel Agbeli before Bright Ohene Okyere scored a consolation.
GRA defeated Ark Men 4-0 courtesy Ernest Opoku's brace which complimented solitary strikes by Michael Akuamuah Boateng and Christopher Dogbe.
Ark Ladies moved joint-third with Reformers in the only In the only women's division clash of the round after a 2-1 victory.
In the Masters League, leaders Sapholda defeated Golden Sticks 4-1 while Multisticks edged NDK 2-1.
In the youth league, leaders Real Ambassadors accounted for Ark Boys 3-1 and Young Financiers split points with Tema Manhean in a 2-2 draw.
