Fondly called 'Seniors', the United States of America chapter of the 1992-1995 year group presented sets of jerseys, 20 footballs,  shinguards,  cones, football pumps, and other items valued at more than GH¢40,000 to the school last Saturday.

A member of the chapter, Kwadwo Agyemang,  together with some local representatives including Nana Yaw Ababio (Wallace) presented the items to the headmaster of the school,  Samuel Kyei Fordjour.

The items according to Mr Agyemang, are to complement the school's excellent academic prowess by lifting the regional football crown.

“It's to  contribute towards building a holistic institution by dominating the country's second cycle at all fronts,” Mr Agyemang noted.

The year group also pledged to support a broad-based infrastructural development including the rehabilitation of some of the dilapidated dormitories and the water system.

The headmaster,  Mr Fordjour,  expessed the hope that the items would spur the boys on to deliver the regional football trophy for the school.

He said the high quality of the items would generate healthy competition among the players, since each player would want to have a feel of them.
