The Promoter of last Saturday's "Make or Break" fight between Braimah Kamoko and Bastie Samir, Alex Ntiamoah Boakye, says he is yet to agree on a rematch with the two boxers.

Mr Ntiamoah, the Chief Executive Officer of the Box Office Sports Promotion, noted that he was ready to engage both boxers over a possible rematch for the bout.

"I am yet to engage both camps on a possible rematch because we need to know if they will indeed like to fight again.

"In the first contract they signed there was no rematch clause so we will need to draft a new one for them, but I am ready to promote it," Mr Ntiamoah told the Daily Graphic in a post-fight interview last Sunday.

Samir, aka The Beast, emerged victorious via a round seven technical knockout over Kamoko, alias Bukom, Banku in a non-title Cruiserweight Championship at the Bukom Boxing Arena last Saturday.

Having dominated the first two rounds, Bukom Banku was knocked down in round three by Bastie after a right hook sent him to the ropes before ending the fight in round seven.

Samir promised to give Bukom Banku a rematch should he request to fight him another day, but promised to finish him off again.

"I knew I will silence him and I did exactly that but I am ready to give him a rematch which will be easy for me," an ecstatic Samir said after his triumph.

Meanwhile, Bukom Banku has accepted defeat and was ready to train harder to avenge that painful loss in a rematch.

He described Samir as a very good boxer who could go on to greater heights in the sport.

"I accept defeat and I am ready to train harder to avenge the painful loss in a rematch. Bastie is a good boxer who can go on to achieve greater heights in the near future," Bukom Banku told Kasapa FM yesterday.
