With leaders WAFA dropping points against Berekum Chelsea, the race for the league title has been thrown wide open as Aduana Stars and WAFA are tied on 43 points.

Last season, Aduana Stars succeeded in beating Medeama 1-0 at the same venue, a result the homesters are bent on overturning this time round.

Berekum Chelsea will travel away to Tamale to lock horns with bottom-placed Bolga AllStars. Chelsea will like to continue in their winning ways after putting up a great perfomance to beat WAFA at home last Sunday.

After taking a short rest last weekend following Kotoko’s misfortune, Accra Hearts of Oak will return to their favourite Accra Stadium home base to host Tema Youth.

The Phobians will be hoping for a win to close the gap between them and the league leaders. The match promises to be a thriler as Tema Youth would like to maintain their impressive form after thrashing Inter Allies 3-1 last weekend.

At the Dansoman Carl Reindolf Park, Liberty Professionals and AshantiGold will be locked up in a dicey duel as both teams need points badly in their relegation struggle after losing to Wa All Stars and Elmina Sharks respectively last Sunday.

Elmina Sharks welcome Bechem United to the Nduom Park at Elmina, while Inter Allies encounter Great Olympics at the El-Wak Stadium, with Ebusua Dwarfs playing Wa All Stars in Cape Coast.

WAFA's game against Kotoko has been postponed to a further date to allow players of the Kumasi-based club recover fully from the fatal accident they had at Nkawkaw last week.
