‘Liberty will shine this season’

Liberty Professional’s centre back, Samuel Sarfo, believes that the Dansoman-based will be the team to beat in the upcoming season.

In a chat with the Graphic Sports, the 20-year old, a product of the Liberty youth system, expressed confidence  in the current team made mostly of youthful players.

"Our performances in the past seasons have not been the best sometimes, making us struggle for survival but looking at our training regime and approach this off-season, the fans should expect something good, " he assured.

The starwalt centre back is hoping to work hard to gain more playing time at the club.

"Last season I played in 11 premiership games and Iam going to work hard to ensure I improve on my performance," Sarfo stated.
He also pleaded with the club's teeming fans to rally behind the team in their quest to win laurels for the club.
