GFA unveils new Ghana Premier League trophy

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Thursday unveiled the new Ghana Premier League trophy.

The giant trophy which will be handed to the winner of this season’s premier league was revealed at the GFA head office in Accra on Thursday.
The trophy, imported from Italy is 67 centimetres in height and 40 centimetres in width.
It comes with a prize package of $30,000 and will be given to the winner of the 2016 Ghana Premier League which is being keenly contested for by as many as five clubs with eight matches to go.
