Adidas fulfils promise to Speedsters Club

Adidas Ghana has fulfilled a promise to the organisers of the Ghana’s Fastest Human (GFH) 100 when they presented training kit to the three athletes selected for the newly formed Ghana Speedsters Club.

Three athletes were selected for their outstanding performance at the last GFH held at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi two months ago.

They are Gifty Oku, 15, Ida Mensah, 18, and Desmond Aryee, 24, who were introduced last week

Mrs Valerie Fontanier Gajhar, Managing Director, Adidas Ghana, underlined her outfit’s commitment and determination to promote Ghana sports.

“We are always proud to work with such innovations as the GFH and being our second year associating with the programme, we are hopeful that athletics in Ghana will be back strong to compete at the global stage.

We, therefore, urge these young athletes to strive to make Ghana proud in the future,” he added.
