He has urged his opponent to either kill him in the ring or forget about the title.
Commey, who holds a record of 24 fights without a loss, declared that he was well prepared for the bout and would give his all to make Ghana proud.
In an interview with the Graphic Sports last Friday in Accra, the 29-year-old from Bronx Gym in Accra, said: "I am well prepared for the fight and ready to make Ghana proud".
Commey's opponent, Easter, who hails from Ohio in the USA, is also undefeated in 17 bouts and would be a mouthful for Ghanaians.
According to Commey's trainer, Lawrence Carl Lokko his boxer would not be focused on a knockout victory because his opponent was a very young and tough boxer.
"We are ready to win via all means. Easter is a very young and tough boxer," he told the Graphic Sports.
The President of the Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA), Peter Zwennes, has urged Commey to emulate the likes of former Ghanaian World champions such as David Kotei "Poison", Azumah Nelson and Ike "Bazooka Quartey.
