Police begin graduate recruitment exercise

The Ghana Police Service has started a recruitment exercise for graduates. All applicants must not be more than 32 years by September 1, 2016.

There is however an exception for applicants who are lawyers or medical doctors, they are not supposed to be more than 35 years by September 1, 2016.

In addition, male applications must be at least 5 feet 8 inches (173cm) tall and 5 feet  4 inches (163cm) for females among other general eligibility and requirements.

The recruitment exercise started on Monday September 5, 2016 for the degree holders and professionals.

An advertisers’ announcement asking graduates in specified areas who are interested in Law Enforcement as a career to put in their applications was published in the Daily Graphic of Monday September 5, 2016 on page 77.

Applicants are supposed to submit a written application and attach copies of all relevant academic documents, birth certificate, CV and evidence of completion of National Service.

The application is to be submitted together with Ghc100 banker’s draft from the GCB Bank.
