NDC Shai Osudoku MP aspirant dies in road accident

Reports reaching Graphic Online indicates that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary nominee for Shai Osudoku in Greater Accra, William Ocloo has died in a road accident.

He was said to have died Thursday night on the spot in the crash which occurred at Juaso in the Asante Akyem South District of Ashanti Region.

Superintendent Ohene Boadi Bossman in charge of the Konongo Divisional Police Command told Graphic Online's reporter, Kwadwo Baffoe Donkor that Ocloo had a head on crash with another vehicle, and that the driver of that vehicle also died.

The accident was said to have been caused by an articulated truck which was overtaking two cars in a curve around Twedie near Juaso and lost control causing the two cars to run into each other whilst trying to avoid the truck. 

With the assistance of some military men on their way to Tamale, the police managed to clear the debris and opened the road for traffic.
