Foster, who was litigating over a piece of land with his neighbour, allegedly shot and killed Razak, who had been hired by his neighbour to supply him with sand.

Foster’s plea was not taken and the court, presided over by Mr James Kojo Botah,  remanded him in prison custody for two weeks.

Presenting the facts, Inspector Victor Dosoo told the court that the complainant, Ekow Ebenezer Ayaim and Foster are neighbours residing at Nungua near Coco Beach Hotel.

He said Foster and Ayaim had been litigating over a piece of land lying in-between their respective houses.

Inspector Dosoo said on September 29, 2016, Ayaim engaged Razak, Stephen Ansah and one Michael to supply him with sand and stone chippings to build a wall around the piece of land.

At about 8p.m. on the same day, Ayaim took the three men to the land  to show them where to place the sand and stones.

Inspector Dosoo said upon seeing the three workers on the piece of land, Foster became aggrieved and confronted them.

He said Foster later dashed into his house, picked a pump-action gun and fired at the three killing Razak, instantly.

Inspector Dosoo said Ansah was wounded on the right arm and was rushed to the 37 Military Hospital for treatment.
