Mahama's 4th State of the Nation Address (audio and photos)

President John Dramani Mahama presented his 4th State of the Nation Address to Parliament on Thursday.

The address, the longest ever in his Presidency, lasted for about four hours and touched on virtually all aspects of national development.

Representatives of political parties, the judiciary, members of the diplomatic corps, some chiefs, and other invited guests filled the public gallery to listen to the President deliverer his last address before he seeks re-election in November.

An innovation in the address was the introduction of pictorial evidence to back claims of the various development projects undertaken acrosss the country in the Three years of his adminstration.

Some individuals who have also benefitted from various government interventions to improve their living standards were also present to provide evidence.

President mahama urged Ghanaians to give the Electoral Commission all the all the necessary support as it moves to organise free and fair elections.

He said three years of his administration had brought a lot of successes to the country.
