Accordingly, it has asked interested personnel who did their national service with the GRA in the 2015/2016 year to send their applications to the Deputy Commissioner in charge of Human Resource through their respective Heads not later than close of work on Thursday September 22, 2016.

An internal memo issued on Monday, September 19, 2016 and signed by the Commissioner General for Support Services Division (SSD), Mr G.K. Katamani to all Heads of the GRA said contract staff may also apply.

The memo, a copy of which has been seen by Graphic Online explained that Heads are to ensure that the applications received from the national service personnel are forwarded to the Head Office Registry by close of work on Friday September 23, 2016.

It asked personnel who were stationed at the Head Office or Kinbu to submit their applications directly at the Registry, Room 304, 3rd Floor GRA Head Office.

It said for the avoidance of doubt, “Curriculum Vitae (CV) and copies of Academic Certificates should be attached to the applications. Applications without these attachments shall be rejected.”

It added, “Category A & B applicants should not be more than; 31 years as of December 31, 2016 and 28 years as of December 31, 2016 respectively.”

“Applicants in Categories A & B, will be required to show proof of National Service certificates as well as birth certificates should they be short-listed after participation in the aptitude test.
