Fiesta Royale Hotel engages clients
Fiesta Royale Hotel has hosted its clients to an end-of-year cocktail party aimed at acknowledging their immense contribution towards the success of the hotel.

The event was also meant to solicit feedbacks from the clients to enable the four-star facility to enhance its service delivery.
The clients were treated to cultural displays and musical performances while many others also went home with prizes.
Some of the corporate bodies represented at the ceremony were Tullow Oil Ghana, GCB Bank, Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, Barry Callebaut Limited, Vivo Energy, Dolphin Telecom, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Eco Natural Resource and CePat Ghana Limited.
Customer first
Welcoming the Guests, the General Manager of the hotel, Mr Jaco Kotze, thanked the clients for their loyalty over the years and helping the hotel to stay in business.
According to him, the hotel had embarked on a number of initiatives that would enable it to further serve its customers.
The event, he said, was one of such initiatives to afford the hotel the opportunity to engage its clients on how best to serve them.
“In this competitive environment, the importance of the customer cannot be underestimated. Fiesta Royale will, therefore, make the customer first in any of its activities,’’ he said.
In her remarks, the Sales and Marketing Manager of the company, Mrs Yvonne Eyeson reaffirmed the hotel’s resolve to providing quality services which conformed to Ghana Tourism Authority and international standards.
