The pastors, Mrs Dora Akua Afriyie and Mrs Graceford Antwi Owusu, were ordained at a service held at the church’s headquarters at Jordan-Kotwi in the Atwima Kwanwoma District in the Ashanti Region.

The service climaxed the church’s seventh month prayer summit dubbed “Manifestation of God’s Power” which was on the theme, “Let it be known you are God”.

The Founder and General Overseer of the church, Apostle Sampson Berko, who performed the ordination, advised the pastors to seek the face of God in all their undertakings and also be accountable to the church and its leadership.

He extended the church’s congratulations to them on making history in the end time in the Kingdom of God.

Preaching the sermon, the General Secretary of the Ghana Pentecostal Council, Ashanti Region, Rev. Dr Simeon Atta, thanked God for the lives of the two new female pastors.

He said the ordination was historic in the church and advised the new pastors to be mindful of the dictates of God’s Kingdom, to which they belonged, so that they would not deviate from them.

He reminded them that their biggest assignment was to help save lives, win more souls for God and respect church authority.

The service attracted government officials, traditional rulers and people from all walks of  life.
