Being one of the biggest endeavours by a single year group, the renovation work forms part of their Silver Jubilee Homecoming, Speech and Prize Giving day, which comes off from May 6 to 8, 2016.

Estimated at GH¢ 200,000 it is expected to be ready in time for the homecoming celebration.

Some of the renovation works include a new teachers’ eating place, fixing of air conditioners, tiling and painting, provision of two dining tables, DSTV and a fridge.

Others are fixing of 200 dining tables with a dacosam work top, provision of five new public address systems with lapel microphones and 10 hand-washing basins.

The Global President (AL 53), Mr Jerry Boateng Danquah, who laid a tile on behalf of the old boys, assured the school and the 1991 year group that his outfit would ensure the success of the homecoming celebration.

The headmaster of the school, Mr Alexis Nimo-Frimpong, laid the tile on behalf of the school and thanked the old students for their enormous contribution to the school. He urged others to emulate their shining example.
