Meet Caroline Adzogble, the 25-year-old education and technology entrepreneur

Ms Caroline Esinam Adzogble is a 25-year-old entrepreneur with interests in education, technology and social Development, a passion she nurtured as a teenager.

Her current stride in the area makes her one of the youngest female entrepreneurs in Ghana today.

Ms Adzogble has interests in multidisciplinary business ventures and has spent the last six years in that area.

She currently manages five business ventures; Potters International College, C-Tech Solutions, The Mercy Heart Foundation and IAES.

Potters International College

She founded the Potters International College with the aim of empowering young people with vocational skills at certificate and diploma levels in areas such as Information Technology, Business, Journalism, Beauty Care, and Public Relations.

She is partnering with foreign schools to provide travel and study options for students who want to pursue programmes outside of Ghana.

C-Tech solutions

With an interest in technology, Ms Adzogble started coding and developing websites at a young age and this spurred her to set up C-Tech Solutions.

The company renders comprehensive IT services to companies in the areas of mobile app development, website deployment, data integration, software development, online marketing and other areas of consultancy.

The company’s client cut across various sectors of the Ghanaian economy.

IAES

During the course of building her international college, she set up what is now known as International African Education Summit, a pan-African education event platform which works with foreign universities to provide students with study opportunities overseas.
The IAES was set up to organise education tours in 52 countries bringing institutions and students together to share recruitment information and simplify admission processes.

The Mercy Heart Foundation

Through her Caroline RISE Awards, she provides 10 scholarships every year to deserving students to study in Ghana or overseas.

These awards and several other community-based initiatives are carried out under the auspices of a non-profit organisation, The Mercy Heart Foundation.

Writing

Ms Adzogble’s interests are not only into ventures and charity, she is also a writer and her e-book series “the Super Agent and School Guide” is amongst the various ways she has broken barriers and women stereotype.

In a remark on the book, Ms Adzogble said, “My book address the common issues of agent and schools relationships, outlining the ways, means, tricks and bits of working with agents and preparing schools to be Super-Schools and agents to be Super-Agents; one that will be intensive international student recruitment."

On how she copes with life, Ms Adzogble stated, ‘It is very exciting and scary at the same time juggling many things at the same time and making sure that they work perfectly. I have a great team and they work around the clock to ensure my targets are met. Myself I am a Workaholic and I believe together everything will go as planned’.

She has set new frontiers for young women trying to establish themselves as successful entrepreneurs, without any funding, she has been able to ignite the spirit of “I Can” spurned by enthusiasm and passion, to set new foot prints for young ladies the world over.

Ghana High School Tour

As part of her vision, she is to embark on an Annual Ghana High School Tour to help final senior high school students, discuss career opportunities after school and higher education opportunities abroad.

The Ghana High School Tour will feature 45 High Schools, Pre-Universities and Career Colleges across Ghana located in Accra, Cape Coast, Ho, Kumasi and Takoradi.
She will be giving away prizes including laptops, tablets and 45 need-based scholarships to students.

“This has always been my dream and I am more than excited that it’s finally coming true” Ms Adzogble said.

50 Countries Tour

Through her education and event platform, IAES (International African Education Summit), which brings together Local and International Institutions to recruit students and education consultants from all over the World, she intends to embark on a 50 countries Tour in 2017.

The move is to help curtail the daunting tasks of International Student Recruitment for various schools all across the World.

In 2016, she worked with the UPSA, Ghana Technology University, American University in the Emirates, Stenden University among others.
