Mrs Yerenkye gave the advice at the official inauguration of the school’s cadet last Saturday, which coincided with a handover ceremony, during which the outgoing officers of the cadet handed over to the in-coming officers.

She said “I urge every student to join the school’s cadet corps, which will ensure discipline. I will ensure that they get everything you need to enable you to train adequately”.

She pledged to ensure that the cadet had the needed resources to train adequately.

In her speech, Flt. Lt Afrifa who presented awards to some students for exhibiting good qualities, said she was impressed with the kind of parade put up by the school’s cadet corps and urged them to continue training hard to ensure discipline which will help them become good female mentors to others.
