Gary Carel

The world of Gary Carel

“Two years have passed since The Mirror, a Ghanaian weekly, carried a news report about the man-made superman – Gary Carel.”

The Mirror of June 6, 2002, reported that an artificial implant inserted into the brain of Gary Carel enables him to operate a computer by thought control and gives him a natural intelligence quotient (IQ) of 265 – the highest ever recorded by man.

Scientists fixed a device called Universal Serial Bus (USB) with serial ports at the back of the brain of Gary Carel’s head and fused it to the neurones in his cerebral cortex.

Gary Carel, 28, was able to perform the following feats as a result of the insertion of the device:

“Download directly into his brain hundreds of computer programmes – allowing him to instantly learn foreign languages, play chess at a master level and solve complex mathematical equations in his mind;

“Scan artwork, photographs and maps into his brain and later print them out;

“Chat online with cyber-pals all over the world – by thinking; and “store tonnes of data and instantly recall them with total accuracy”.

“Gary Carel represents the next step forward in human evolution,” said Dr Ivan van Wenkel, a South African neuronsurgeon and one of the scientists who performed the operation.

Dr Wenkel described the phenomenon as “the wave of the future”.

He added that “within 15 years, virtually everyone in the developed world will have a brain implant. Those who don’t will be left behind”.

The implications are that by 2015 all human beings in the developed world would carry brain implants that would turn them into supermen and superwomen.

All human beings in the developing world who cannot afford an implant “will be left behind” – with apology to Dr Wenkel.

In the report under review, Dr Wenkel was emphatic in dismissing the supposition that the device inserted into the head of Gary Carel was a mini-computer.

“There’s no need to put a computer in anyone’s head – the human brain is itself a computer,” he said and added: “The brain’s 100 billion neurones have roughly 100 trillion calculations per second. That’s superior to the world’s most powerful super computer.”

It is noteworthy that the USB with the serial ports inserted into the head of Gary Carel is organic and fused into the neurones in his cerebral cortex.

The reactivation and acceleration of the brain cells of Carel are known to natural or physical science as well as supernatural or metaphysical science.

Research and experience have shown that the dormant brain cells of a human being can be reactivated and their performance heightened through: (a) natural process, such as, use of drugs;   (b) psychophysical and psychic process, such as, psychic and parapsychological intervention and (c) supernatural or metaphysical means, such as, true baptism, scientific prayer, scientific meditation and physical and breathing exercises.

The preceding paragraphs are excerpts from an article – Gary Carel phenomenon – the African connection – by this writer and published in the Daily Graphic of July 20, 2004.

In 2013, an item posted online by the writer, known simply, as Suzzie, asked: “In just two years, in your pharmacy, USB (Universal Serial Bus) for your brain – would you buy one?”

“…Implanting chips into human brain is well within the scope of possibility,” she stated.

Well, 2015 has come and is gone. What is happening in the World of Gary Carel? Are human beings carrying organic USBs in their brain?

If they are, how do we know them? Remember, persons carrying the organic USBs have up to 265 intelligence quotient and are, by far, superior to other human beings.

Persons with the organic USBs or other mind-altering devices are supermen and superwomen. They have power; not only to control and manipulate machines, but also human beings.

This point reminds me of 11 magistrates and judges who reportedly refused bribes offered by the Anas Aremereyaw Anas’ Tiger Eye Private Investigations team.

None of the 11 jurists involved in the Tiger Eye PI investigations was able to arrest one of the investigators for trying to bribe a judge.

None of the jurists reported the attempt to bribe a judge to the Chief Justice, Judicial Secretary or the Police as demanded by the law.

According to Martin Amidu, a former Attorney-General and Minister of Justice of Ghana, “making ex-parte contact with and discussing pending cases with the undercover investigators without reporting it to the Judicial Secretary, the Chief Justice, the Police or informing the real parties to the trial until the investigators made it public years after the event, is suspected misconduct under Rules 2, 3(7) and 4(a) of the Code of Conduct of Judges and Magistrates”.

It is surprising that none of the 11 magistrates and judges satisfied the requirements of the Code of Conduct of Judges and Magistrates mentioned above.

Why? What happened? Were the judges and magistrates concerned in the right mind frame when the reported incidents occurred?

A report by at least one of the jurists involved to the necessary authorities could have ended the Anas investigations.

Did Anas and his team “prepare” well so that they could carry out their investigations without a hitch?
