The International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) is a charismatic church with a stated mission of raising leaders, shaping vision and influencing society through Christ.

For the 32 years of its existence, the church has developed a range of annual events such as Greater Works, Destiny Summit and Crossover.

GREATER WORKS CONFERENCE is ICGC's flagship event. For three decades, it has grown to become an important converging point for people seeking spiritual renewal and personal transformation. Events at the conference would typically entail music, dance, praise and worship and the preaching of God's word.

The beginnings of the Greater Works Conference can be traced back to the various camp meetings organised by the church right from the mid-1980’s when the church was growing and getting established.

Greater Works was officially instituted in 1987 at Baden Powell Hall with an attendance of about 2000. The conference as always had both local and international speakers ministering the word of God. Every year, the conference is held in the final week of July and is the climax of the ‘spiritual emphasis month’ of the church. During this period, members of ICGC worldwide fast for thirty days, pray and seek the face of God for strength, provision and His guidance for the rest of the year.

The Conference in brief

Greater Works features morning and evening sessions over five-day period. By the grace of God, the conference has come of age in patronage and influence and this year for the first time, evening sessions will be held at the Independence Square. The morning sessions will still be held at Christ Temple at Abossey Okai. It is anticipated that attendance at the conference this year will be greater than has ever been recorded.

Over the past few years, delegations from Côte D'Ivoire and other francophone countries have become a constant feature at the conference. They come eager to hear the word of God preached and to experience the power of the Holy Spirit.
