Mahama's children wish him a happy 25th anniversary of marriage (VIDEO)

The children of former President Mahama have congratulated him on the silver jubilee celebration of his marriage to his wife Lordina Mahama.

Three of Mr Mahama's kids including his daughter Farida Mahama said they were proud of their parents for the commitment they have shown to each other.

The glitzy ceremony was held over the weekend at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra with members of the former first family in attendance.

Also on the exclusive guest list were former appointees of the erstwhile NDC Mahama administration as well as close friends of the couple.

A former Mahama appointee, Madam Hanna Tetteh, who served as the Foreign Affairs minister under the Mahama administration described Mahama and his wife, Lordina as a wonderful couple.

She said: "They have always been a wonderful couple, they are an example of a couple who are loving, who are caring and who are the best of friends...".
