To serve patrons with soul inspiring music are Joe Mettle, Elder Mireku, Jeshurun and Nigerian gospel icon, Preye of Ebezina fame.

The 4:00 pm event which is being organised by the Jeshurun Okyere Global Outreach (JOGO), in partnership with EIB, is not just to commemorate Starr FM's two years in broadcasting but provide the avenue to teach the younger generation to appreciate the need to live an upright life.

This year's edition will be opened by Dr Michael Boadi Nyamekye of Makers House Chapel International, as he delves into the scriptures on the theme to inspire the gathering in pursuit of their goals in life.

But it won’t be all about the scriptures as Joe Mettle has promised to give off his best on the day. In a chat with the Graphic Showbiz on Monday, the 2015 Best Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) Male Vocal performer said he’s ready to “lead people to the throne of grace”.

“It’s important to appreciate the goodness of God in our lives by praising and worshipping him. Sometimes, irrespective of the challenges we face, denying God our praise and thanksgiving is unworthy,” he said.

The Mensuro artiste told Showbiz he’s delighted to share the same stage with Elder Mireku, one of the reputed gospel artistes in the gospel fraternity.
